Introduction

Infant Jesus Parish Social Ministry (IJPSM) looks to provide assistance for those in need, following the precept of our Lord "...‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’" _{Matthew 25:40} The Social Ministry Office works to provide timely assistance and advice to those who are looking to provide for themselves and their families. Programs such as the Food Pantry and Free Store provide for immediate relief for the day-to-day needs people through out our community. ESL, English as a Second Language Classes help our countries new arrivals better integrate into society and make better job and social opportunities more accessible. IJPSM also provides one on one assistance for people looking to navigate the complex structure of assistance programs available to them.

The Social Ministry / Outreach Office is located in the Convent Building, which is building 5 on our Campus Map.

Among the many services provided by the Social Ministry Office are:

• Food Pantry - Food and personal care items are available
• Free Store - Clothes, small household items and more are available
• ESL - English as a Second Language courses
• Stuff
• Annual Barn Sale Fund Raiser
